I’m Kayleigh,
People & Culture Partner

“People deserve to work where they are valued for their individual strengths and cultivated for their potential.

From national construction to global cosmetics, I have been fortunate in gaining diverse experience in my HR career and working with exceptionally talented people.

After completing my Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, I realised that one of my most important values, and a true motivator for me, was to see people reach their potential.

My passion for Learning and Development took me from the boardroom to the classroom, where I have been Head of Year 11 and teaching English for five years. The empowerment that comes from learning should continue from education into the workplace – people deserve to work where they are valued for their individual strengths and cultivated for their potential.”

Let’s get your team fit for the future.
