We’ve been working together as the business evolves, and supporting Will Pound, company Director, and team with their own development.

Define Their ‘Big Rocks’

Kelly has been working with the team each quarter to define their ‘big rocks’; the things that will keep them moving forward and grow the business. Kelly’s facilitation of these quarterly sessions has bought the team together and meant that they’re all on the same page.
