Mental Fitness (PQ)* is the x-factor in performance and happiness.
Established by Shirzad Chamine (Stanford Lecturer, Coach and CEO), PQ is the measure of the strengths of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).
Based on his groundbreaking research, Shirzad created the Positive Intelligence approach to help thousands be happier and perform better.
*This measure of your mental fitness (Positive Intelligence Quotient).
To help you learn and grow in a safe space, we have created our own unique group coaching approach to 'Mental Fitness' so as a community we can support each other.
More and more we are realising the benefits of networking and sharing in a safe place as a group.
Having other people stimulate thought provoking discussions and insights.
By combining the knowledge we have about increasing your PQ, we believe you can achieve more powerful results, building a strong community around you to help you grow.

Programme Overview
In this course, you’ll be trained by a verified Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach, combing all they know about how to become mentally fit with a practical approach to achieve groundbreaking results fast.
The group size is deliberately small to create a safe environment for you to share and learn.

An 1:1 introductory meeting with myself to help you set up and get comfortable with the plan
Daily practice through the positive intelligence app
Weekly focus areas, built to help you around your own areas of self development
Weekly Group Coaching Pods - led by Kelly, the founder of Start Inspiring and trained Mental Fitness Coach - to help you explore your weekly focus areas
A Group WhatsApp (optional) to keep each other engaged, supported and accountable
The option of maintaining the app and additional coaching following the programme if beneficial
